Everyone loves to blame something…
Carbs.
Sugar.
Age.
Stress.
But what if it’s not the obvious villain?
You’re doing the things—
Eating better.
Moving your body.
Trying to “be good.”
And yet… nothing’s budging.
Meanwhile your body is like:
“Hey… HELLO… hormones over here 👋”
For me, it showed up as:
✨ Bloating + inflammation I could actually see
✨ Stubborn belly fat that wouldn’t leave
✨ Constant food chatter in my brain
✨ Night sweats (because sleep is overrated, right?)
✨ Mood swings that kept everyone on their toes 😅
Turns out, I wasn’t broken… my hormones were shifting.
Once I understood that?
Game. Changed.
