Jan has been a valued supporter of the arts for many years, having served with dedication on the Board of the Florida Arts & Dance Company before joining the Wings to Fly Dance Company family. Her professional journey began in Detroit, where she worked as Executive Secretary to the President of a large automotive supplier before turning her focus to her most cherished role—motherhood—while also serving her children’s schools as PTA President, Great Books Leader, and later Service Learning Coordinator.
Beyond her professional and volunteer pursuits, Jan’s creativity shines through her love of golf, dancing, and singing. A former Sweet Adeline Barbershopper, she now shares her voice with the Treasure Coast Community Singers. Jan is also playing an active role in Wings to Fly Dance Company’s upcoming Stars of History Gala, to be held on Saturday, January 24 at the Stuart Yacht and Country Club, 3883 SE Fairway E, with tickets available through Eventbrite.
Jan brings a wealth of experience, warmth, and passion for the arts to the Wings to Fly Dance Company Board. The organization is excited and honored to have her enthusiastic support in advancing its mission of empowering inclusion and enriching the community through the performing arts.
