For anyone interested - this is going to be a really amazing yoga, free-diving, snorkeling, and coral reef restoration retreat that I’ll be offering massage therapy at this June 🌞 From personal experience, by attending last summer, having the opportunity to slow down, eat healthy food from the land, practice daily yoga, and dive every single day truly healed my body & mind. It made me feel so good. Swimming in the ocean is one of the best therapies for pain in the body along with massage therapy and yoga ! 🙏🏼 It was also FUN.
