October is National Clergy Month, and we're pausing to honor the faith leaders who bring comfort and wisdom with every visit.

Having a spiritual leader is great for your soul, but it can also benefit your physical health, too! Research suggests that people with strong spiritual practices often experience:

• Lower stress levels
• Reduced anxiety and depression
• Improved immune function

Why? Because when we feel connected to a community, we have stronger social relationships, better support systems, and more motivation to take care of ourselves.
