Taylor is Celebrating 60 lbs down. 🫣🥺
And honestly… I’m emotional about it.
This didn’t happen overnight.
It happened because of hard decisions, habit stacking, and finally choosing myself , even when it was uncomfortable.
If I could go back and start this journey again, here’s what I’d do differently 👇
✨ I would’ve done my research on GLP-1 peptides and started sooner.
I listened to the fear-mongering for way too long… when in reality, this was the tool thats helping my body heal. God forbid there be a solution that works right? 🤪
✨ I wouldn’t have done it alone.
Support matters more than people admit. I’d join the groups, ask the questions, find a mentor, and surround myself with people who get it. The mental side of weight loss is just as real as the physical.
✨ I’d support my body properly.
Gut health. Energy. Hair. Protein. Minimizing side effects.
I stopped trying to white-knuckle it and started fueling my body like it deserved.
✨ I’d pick a way of eating I could actually stick to.
For me, high-protein and low-carb changed everything. Not perfection , just consistency.
But the biggest shift?
🧠 Getting my mind right.
I had to decide this journey was a priority. That meant saying no to some things, sacrificing old habits, and choosing what was healthier, even when it wasn’t convenient.
And I’ll tell you this… once your mind is aligned, your body follows.
If you’re reading this and thinking “I wish I could do that”, you can.
I’m always happy to share what I’m doing now to stay consistent and keep moving forward. 🤍
✨ 60 lbs down - and grateful for every step. ✨
