This program will provide age- appropriate education, encouragement, and support to help girls better understand their changing bodies and build confidence during an important stage of growth.

Happy Monday! As a reminder, we will be out of the clinic today for a staff meeting but will reopen for the rest of the week at our usual business hours.

All this week starting Tuesday, we will be giving away free finals care bags to the first 25 high school students, regardless of patient status. Bolstered by the generosity of Dairy Queen Grill & Chill and Biggby North Sturgis - N Nottawa St. and full of other goodies and information, we are here to support our students during this week of stress and excitement!

The Student Help & Healing Center is exploring the possibility of offering a fun, age-appropriate educational session about menstruation for girls ages 9–12 in our community.

Before we move forward, we want to hear from parents, caregivers, and community members. Your feedback will help us understand the needs of our community and shape any future programming in a way that is helpful, respectful, and supportive.

This short survey is just for gathering input—it is not a finalized program yet, but something we are considering developing based on community interest.
