Yoga Basics (3-week course for only $54)
Wednesdays 4:00-5:00p Oct 1, 8 & 15
This class is for individuals interested in yoga but maybe not ready to jump into a class. These gentle movements will help you stretch, strengthen, and slow down and are great if you are just starting out or returning to the mat after a break.
Val will go over basic yoga poses that are designed to be simple, calming, and accessible to all body types and fitness levels. If you are looking to improve your balance, flexibility, and focus — without feeling overwhelmed — this 3-week course is for you.
We have mats, blocks, bolsters, and even bottled water
All you need to do is wear comfy cloths and be ready to learn & relax
Class max will be 8 people
