Adtech Systems was founded as a self-funded venture by Elizabeth Gormley in 1988 and was joined by her husband David Gormley, current CEO, shortly after. While Adtech Systems was initially started as a retail solution – specifically LCD projectors – our customers soon began to request our assistance in providing installation services for the various retail hardware we were providing. Seeing an opportunity to expand the business, the Gormley’s soon added personnel to help morph the company from a retail entity, to a solutions provider. Adtech Systems’ growth over the following years was accomplished by both listening to our customers’ needs while at the same time adding personnel capability to meet those needs. Because of this, we have been able maintain steady growth year over year and offer stability to our employees. That stability combined with a great work environment has enabled us to have one of the lowest turnover rates in the industry and to attract one the deepest talent pools. Today Adtech Systems employs over 130 people and is known as the company what improves communications for business and organizations all over the world. Our evolution demonstrates our commitment to be on the leading edge of presentation and communication design and integration.
