Before anyone panics on the latest NYT article on eggs... it was a prospective study and they just asked patients how many eggs they ate over a 17 year period. That is really hard to extrapolate significant data from. That being said you do have to think about it... personally I am very choosy about the quality of any of my animal protein. I would think that that makes a big difference in eggs too. Chickens who are kept in cramped cages and force-fed a limited diet will end up with eggs higher in inflammatory components. Try to find the highest quality egg you can and always one with high DHA. I either buy from farms or Pete & Gerry's. There is a good website where you can find high-quality egg brands:
