On Sunday, September 7th at 8 PM EST, I’ll be holding an online guided meditation where we’ll take a sacred journey to reconnect with our inner child.
This meditation is about going back to that tender part of ourselves, the part that still carries our joy, creativity, and sometimes even unhealed wounds. Together, we’ll create a safe space where you can meet your inner child, offer them love, and begin to heal and grow with them.
You don’t need to know how to meditate or have any prior experience, I’ll guide you every step of the way. All you need to do is show up, relax, and allow yourself to receive.

She’s my tiniest rescue and foster baby yet—less than a pound at just 4–5 weeks old. 🍼 This little fighter needs lots of TLC, round-the-clock care, and plenty of love to grow strong.
