Thank you to all those who attended last nights Candlelit Sound Bath Meditation 10 year anniversary celebration.
More than half that attended have been coming to my sound healings for years. I’m so grateful to each of you because you are more than clients, you are dear friends now.
The most wonderful part about last night was that we raised $255 for ST. JUDE CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL 👶👧🧒🏥

1) Sit and close your eyes

2) Breathe in through your nose for 4️⃣
counts

3) Hold for 2️⃣ counts

4) Exhale through your mouth for 6️⃣ counts
