As both a Registered Dietitian and a Licensed Therapist, I am able to offer a unique outpatient approach for the treatement of Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge Eating and Compulsive Overeating. My approach combines nutrition assessment, education and menu planning while also working together on the underlying causes and mindsets that contributed to the development of an eating disorder.
I also work with clients who might not have a diagnosable eating disorder but they do struggle with an unhealthy relationship with food and their body. Please reach out if you are ready to find freedom from body shame, food noise or food addiction.

As an integrative therapist, I believe we are made up of three parts - Mind, Body and Spirit. Each part requires care and attention in order to thrive and they are all interconnected. Why would we neglect the "mind" part or stigmatize that for others? Let's stop the stigma and acknowledge that just as we can have struggles with our "Body", we can also have struggles with her "Mind."
