Hoping that everyone's 2025 will be filled with love, happiness and good health!
I decided to start my new year off completely CHANGING UP everything!!! New workout program, new nutrition plan, some new wellness products! I also decided to add Yoga back in once a week!
Sometimes you have to make big changes if you want to achieve change! For all of last year, I was so restricted on what I could do activity wise, and even when I started back to working out, I felt like I was just going through the motions. Same old workouts and I wasn't feeling challenged or motivated.
But then I decided to lock arms and work with one of my favorite mentors, Meg Kozkowski, who together with Chris Downing created the 8 Week Flex Program with a nutrition plan designed to build muscle. **This goes perfectly with my mission to build back muscle after my surgeries!!!**
And I love love love the tagline for the program "The COMEBACK is always greater than the setback". Lord knows I had setback after setback the past two years, but this will be my comeback year!!!
I did the Day 1 workouts today and I loved the change up! I'm so looking forward to the next 8 weeks and the results that will come!
