This is not the “fling yourself into poses and hope for the best” class.
Structural Yoga is where we slow it down, clean it up, and build it right.
We focus on alignment, stability, and strength that actually supports your body instead of stressing it out. Think strong legs, stable shoulders, a core that shows up for you, and joints that feel organized instead of chaotic.
This class will:
• Improve posture
• Build intelligent strength
• Increase mobility without sacrificing stability
• Help prevent injury
• Make every other class feel better
It’s detailed. It’s intentional. It’s powerful without being frantic.
If you like knowing why you’re doing something and not just sweating for sport… this is your class.
