Our 3rd trip to the Alzheimer’s Walk in Decatur was a success. We took all the money we raised for our third annual Step out for Purple event to the walk.

Eastview would like to thank all that came out and supported our third annual Step out for Purple event where we raised money for the Alzheimer’s Association. Fun was had by all, old and young. We will look forward to seeing you again next year. I would like to thank all the vendors who donated items or helped with the event. You are truly amazing. I would also like to thank all of the staff who helped and participated in the event. You truly care about our residents and it shows. Last, but not least I would like to thank Transitions Hospice for being our partners in this every year. You’re amazing all of the time. September 20th we will take all the money we raised to Decaturs Walk to end Alzheimer’s with the hope that someday they will have a cure.

Eastview Healthcare & Senior Living is hosting our Third annual Step out for Purple fundraiser for the Alzheimer’s Association. There will be tons of fun and food along with the 1k/2k. We will have 50/50 tickets available do not need to be present to win. Also some exciting stuff on the silent auction table. Come help our resident smile and give to a great cause.

I am a bit behind but never too late to recognize my amazing CNA’s. We could never do this without them. Their love and compassion for the residents has no limits. They are truly the super heroes of our home. Also would like to recognize an amazing CNA who just recently got her RN license. We are so proud of you Breanna Newberry! Keep rocking girls!!!
