It’s that time of year when we start to experience cooler mornings and seasonal cravings. 🤎

It’s possible to enjoy a coffee treat without so much guilt (and glucose spikes 😉). Swipe ⬅️ for suggestions on how to order your fall favorites without the all the extra sugar AKA carbs.

Tips:
💡less pumps of syrup = less sugar
💡coffee toppings = more sugars THEREFORE skip the whip and ask for cinnamon, nutmeg, etc instead.
💡cold foam on your cold brew has hidden sugars…ask for “light foam” !
💡cold brew, coffee & espresso itself is almost 0 calories…it’s the add-ins that amp up the caloric intake
💡almond milk is the best macro-friendly option

you’ve heard it before…you can’t out train a bad diet.

💥 It’s true. (Especially if you’re an adult.)

1. You should be strength training (program of your choice) to gain muscle mass for better metabolic health, longevity and quality of life.
2. You should be on a nutritious diet plan that helps with fat loss for better metabolic health or plan that fuels your body with the necessary macronutrients.

How do we do that? By working out a plan that makes both things easier for you to be successful.
How do you do it? Commitment and discipline.

✨ Hunger vs. Cravings ✨
�When you’re in a fat loss phase, some hunger is normal—but you don’t have to suffer through constant cravings.
�👉 True hunger builds gradually and any balanced meal will satisfy it.�👉 Cravings come on suddenly, usually for something specific (hello, chocolate 🍫), and often tie back to emotions or habits.

Learning to tell the difference is powerful—it helps you fuel your body, stay consistent, and still enjoy the foods you love.

🔑 Ask yourself: Would I eat chicken & veggies right now? If yes → true hunger. If no → probably a craving.

PS: Learning these cues are great for EVERYONE no matter what “phase” of life you’re in. Let’s take control.

Another successful 6 Week Slimdown with my clients. 🤩 I’m so proud of the habits that have changed and results they accomplished in just 6 weeks.

Collectively, my small group of clients for this round lost a total of more than 7” 👏🏼 (most of which were around the abdomen region) and more than 35lbs. Fat loss and muscle gained 💪🏼 (just look at those pictures ☺️)

During the 6 weeks, I received feedback like:
📈 better sleep
📈 more energy
📈better exercise routine
📈less stress due to having meals already planned and ready
📈 getting stronger
📈 clothes fitting better
📈 healthier eating habits
📈 making better food choices when eating out

This is only the beginning for some as they’ll continue to work towards those health and fitness goals through establishing healthier habits.

I couldn’t be more proud of the discipline this group showed. I’m so happy for them and love to see their confidence shine. They proved that no matter your starting point, consistency is key to making progress.

When I take the time to go for a morning walk, I can feel such a difference in my body. *I choose to walk with my weighted vest.

✨ less bloating
✨ less inflammation (I can really tell in your legs.)
✨energized & motivated to things done (I think this is due to the sunshine (vitamin D) and starting in the morning.)
✨ more likely to make better food choices (even with logging my meals and snacks)
