Many people experience this type of behavior weather it be with a parent, spouse, or a friend. I encourage people to do their research on narcissism and educate yourself on this type of behavior. Because as soon as you know how to recognize the signs, you will then know what steps you need to take to deal with this person. At the end of it all, remember that you matter and you deserve to be happy, even if that means cutting out toxic people from your life.
