I am going to be brutally honest… I literally had a provider say that his “biller” only sends claims once per week…(eeeekkk!!!) and another potential provider told me just last week that his biller is “too busy” to handle patient collections…(umm huh?!) this is basic Medical Billing 101… claims should go out EVERYDAY and patient collections are handled every Revenue Cycle (each month). What in the world are you providers paying for?!?! A half-a** employee to “handle” your entire Revenue Cycle or a large corporate business who says they “are experts in medical billing”?!
