Early Morning Literally!!!!!
First batch of whole grains milled. Early every Thursday I grind fresh grains into flour. Then I mix all that flour into beautiful Breads Thursday afternoon and night. And then I bake them Late Friday Night into Saturday morning. This gives all the breads 16-24 hours of slow fermentation. The entire process takes about 48 hours working by myself. All of this is to give you (and my family) a bread. I Thank all of our customers for their continued support!!!!

Originally called “Not” English Muffins…..our English Muffins are made with fresh milled whole grains, our freshly sprouted flour and olive oil. Mmmm they’re yummy!! See you tomorrow!!

My sincere apologies to our friends and family at the markets!!! I got a rather unpleasant case of something not agreeing with me and was unable to finish baking for you on Friday night. This is everything having to be dumped 2 days later. No matter how clean I may work, I would never take a chance at getting someone else sick!! Nothing brings me more Joy than bringing you guys fresh products every week. I look forward to seeing you guys next week!!
