Our entire team at Sumter East Health and Rehabilitation Center is very thankful for the amazing outpouring of positive support for our first ever Friday Night Concert celebrating not only Juneteenth, but also the rejuvenation of everyday life for our residents, caring staff, and our local community members. It was certainly a night to remember. Thank you especially to Honey TheNew Era Band for making the night so special and being such an amazing guest, as well as Jalisa Monique 'N Soulful Therapy. Words cannot describe how much we appreciate your rejuvenating, soulful music. We're looking forward to having you all back for future events.

Thank you to all of our amazing team members, who spent much time and energy planning this event, especially, Bryan Hatton, our Administrator, Keita Jones, our Activity Director, and Ashley Isaac, our Director of Marketing/Admissions! We have countless other team members who assisted with parking, setting up and numerous other tasks. We couldn't have done it without you! 🫶

Thank you to our special guests and community partners for joining us from Alston Green ALF, Department of Mental Health, and Sumter County Disability Special Needs Board. It really does take a village to care for our community.

Thank you to the refreshing service of "How You Want It" Ice Cream Truck for providing ice cream to our residents. It was out of this world. Give it a try!

Family and Friends…. It’s almost time for Honey and the New Eras Concert at Sumter East! Please bring your lawn chairs and get ready to CELEBRATE!!!!
Parking Instructions: You can park at one of three locations:
· 975 Miller Rd. – 40 parking spaces/ 3 handicap spaces
o Assisted Living Partners have designated spots HERE

· 880 Carolina Ave. (FRONT Lot) – 20 spaces/ 4 handicap spaces

· 880 Carolina Ave. (BACK Lot) – 40 Spaces

· 921 Carolina Ave. (Infinity Event Center) – 55 spaces / 4 handicap spaces

· 236 S Pike W (Grifols Freedom Plasma Donation Center) – Overflow

We will have staff present to assist you in finding a parking spot and are excited to see you! This is our first major event… so be patient, give us some grace and then have FUN and ENJOY!
