Yesterday, our Marketing & Sales team brought the Freedom Plaza experience to Pier 22 in Bradenton for a special Roadshow Event! 🎉

We had a wonderful time connecting with future residents, sharing all that Freedom Plaza has to offer, and enjoying the beautiful waterfront setting. 🏝️✨

👓 At Freedom Plaza, New Hire Orientation goes beyond the basics. Our team participates in sensitivity training designed to simulate the aging experience—particularly common visual impairments among seniors.

New hires wear specialized glasses that mimic cataracts, macular degeneration, and glaucoma, then complete everyday tasks like reading, writing, and sorting colors.

This eye-opening exercise allows our employees to truly see through the “eyes of a senior,” deepening empathy and strengthening our commitment to resident-centered care. 💙
