The best practice is the one that fits your life right now. 🤍

Maybe it’s a few quiet minutes at home.
Maybe it’s a full hour at the studio.
Maybe it’s once a week, a few times a month, or after taking a little break because life got busy.

You never need to apologize for that.

Life moves in seasons, and sometimes we can’t make as much room for practice as we’d like. We do what we can, when we can, and we give ourselves grace.

Whenever you’re ready, know you always have a place here.

Not everything needs to be rushed or figured out.
Sometimes, the practice is simply staying present and letting things unfold.

At A.J.S , Sun A and Sun B are for every body.

In this video, I’m moving through both flows with accessible options woven in—because there’s no one “right” way to practice. You can step, pause, lower your knees, shorten your stance, or take rest anytime you need.

The structure stays the same, but the experience is yours.

And even with options, you still receive the full benefits of these foundational flows:
✨ Warm the body and prepare it to move
✨ Build strength in the arms, legs, and core
✨ Improve balance and coordination
✨ Increase circulation and energy flow
✨ Support joint mobility and functional movement
✨ Sync breath with movement for steadiness and focus
✨ Create rhythm, consistency, and grounding in your practice

This is what we mean by accessible yoga—not less yoga, more choice.

Hello, Beautiful Friends!

The May schedule is here 🌿

It’s a full and active month both inside and outside the studio, so you’ll see Alyssa, Shannon, Kasey, and me tag-teaming classes throughout May.

I’m so grateful for their support—it allows us to continue offering classes and holding space for you, even when I’m not available. You’re truly in good hands with each of them.

As we move through the month, we’ll be gently inviting a sense of grace into our practice—letting that show up as a little more ease, a little more patience, and a little more loving-kindness toward ourselves (and maybe even off the mat, too).
