Massage Therapies
All appointments will include a complimentary 10 min consult prior to your Massage Treatment.
Swedish
Incorporates long strokes with moderate to light pressure over the arms, legs, back, shoulders, neck, scalp, face and feet
Deep Tissue
Using slow and deep strokes muscles are slowly relaxed to allow work on deeper layers. This modality involves neuro-muscular techniques to slowly work into muscle.
Cryo (Cold) Stones
Cold stones are used to help reduce swelling or calm tender areas. (Used in conjunction with Swedish and sports massage techniques.)
Trigger point
Applying steady pressure and tracking pain through “knots” in the muscle.
Reflexology
Hands and feet pressure points used to help treat and relax points through out the entire body.

Mud Wraps
Delight in a warm shower then be pampered and warmed in warm soothing Mud Wrap. Choose from:
European Rose Spa Body Mud
Contains natural sun-dried rose clay extracted from the Provence region of France.
Black Baltic Spa Body Mud
Organic silts are collected from deep underneath 30,000 year old fresh water lakes in Eastern Europe. Promote detoxification, extract pore clogging impurities and improve skin texture.
Firmi-Sea Spa Body Mud
Rich concentration of algae, minerals and vitamins derived from active seaweed varieties harvested off the Brittany Coast of France. For firming, stimulating and toning.
Hot Stones
Heated stones are placed on energy points along the body while other stones are used to massage tense muscles.
Stone massages require set up at least 2 hours prior to treatment.

24 hours notice is appreciated for all 60-90 min sessions. For longer or specialized sessions (hot stones or couples massages) please allow 48 hours notice
