Friday morning, 2/24, I went to Hoxworth with my sister n law to donate blood. Immediately after finishing my body had a horrible reaction. After a follow up with my physician she suspects I am low on b12 and potassium.

I’m especially thankful I have the Nutriplus b12 spray on hand. It has helped me a lot this week plus has a great strawberry flavor 🍓
