Day 3: One minute of Pilates

Today’s move - Swan on the Wunda Chair
Swan is great for moving into spinal extension which helps undo the hunch from sitting at a desk or being on your phone.

I have one weekly session time open on Thursdays starting at 4:30 or 5pm. This is the only slot open currently for new clients. This can be a semi-private session for 2 people on the reformer or a private session for 1 person and we can use all equipment (reformer, Cadillac, chair & more). DM me if you’re interested.
