Hello everyone,

Today I feel like sharing something with all of you.

This last months have been intense. Moving from Germany and starting all over again took more from me than I expected.

My life as been changing crazily fast during the last 5 years. I changed countries, jobs, way of eating, thinking, loving... mainly I changed they way I exist in this World.

It was a wonderful journey. I got to meet amazing people that helped me, cheered me up, made me laugh, supported me and loved me so much.

Time is something curious, it goes so fast. It is so hard to create the time to be in contact with all the friends, to always be present in the important moments, to actually spend quality time with our loved ones.

The reason I am sharing this is because over the last months I changed to a new country, I got married with the love of my life, I met wonderful friends that I do love so much and, most of all, I dedicated so much time into my path as a Yoga Teacher.

I love it, being a Yoga teacher fulfills me and my days. Being able to make the difference in people's life, give them attention, love even just a smile makes me incredibly happy.

To all my friends that I have been not writing. I AM SORRY. I love you, you are in my heart and mind. I think about you every day and I use that memories to keep me going further in my path and dreams. All of you are my inspiration and source of energy.

As soon as I ground myself in this new country, live all the adventures and have my dreams as a Yoga Teacher complete I will get back to you and just put in words what I feel everyday of my life.

Juliana began her journey in yoga in the end of 2005 while she was completing her Chemistry degree in Portugal. An entire new vision of the world started to emerge in her mind, She became intrigued with yoga. She moved to Austrailia in 2011, and studied Yoga in the Integrative Institute of Medicine of Brisbane. As her yoga practice deepened, Juliana saw that the benefits of yoga go far beyond physical conditioning. Yoga had become her passion and she committed herself to passing along all the benefits of yoga as a yoga instructor. Her yoga resume now includes Brisbane (Yoga instructor), Bali (Prenatal-Postnatal yoga and meditation), Munich (Yoga instructor), 350 Hr Yoga Instructor Certification, and experience in teaching Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, Pilates, Pre and Post-Natal, and Kids yoga. Being able to remain calm, self centered, positive and happy with peaceful mind were some of the most important achievements during her journey. To be able to share love and good energies around the world is her biggest motivation.



She says, "Yoga inspires me to be a better human being everyday of my
life." Compassion, patience and love are some of the values that she shares with anyone that crosses her life. "Sometimes a simple and honest smile full of love can be enough to make a difference in someone's life."
