After: Fast forward to today, and I’m feeling more alive and vibrant than ever! Through dedication, hard work, and consistency, I’ve transformed not only my body but my mindset as well. 10 years ago, I weighed 220 lbs. at 5’8” and, truth be told, I was okay with how I looked; however, it took one doctor visit to breakdown just how unhealthy I was and listed the ailments I was at risk for at 30-31 years old for me to change my lifestyle.


Since then, I’ve put in HOURS of research on nutrition, training, and then I applied what I studied. A decade later, I’m in much better shape both mentally, physically and I am a certified trainer, helping others achieve their fitness goals. It’s never too late to get started and if you need any pointers, I’m here for you; we’re in this journey together.

Yesterday, I did weighted dips as a chest finisher for my anterior chain workout; this morning, I did weighed neutral grip pull-ups as a back finisher…posterior chain workout is now complete ✅
