I have to admit, my heart is excited, yet a bit nervous as I present this program to you.
So many of you are experiencing a very difficult loss this past year. Or, you may also be anxious this time of year and don’t quite understand why? Maybe you have previous losses that have never been grieved and the Holidays can trigger your hidden emotions.
Having experienced a tremendous loss in the passing of my mom just a few years past, I continue to experience moments of grief and sadness, especially during the Holidays.
However, as time continues, I am encouraged to keep moving forward and I discover new intention to LIVE my life with and on purpose!
But before I share, I want to set the stage...
• It's December 3rd. 22 days from now marks Christmas Day, and a challenging time indeed is quickly approaching.
• Your emotional journey may have started a while ago, or you may feel numb to everything right now.
