Had my little walking buddy with me tonight! Aka, my granddaughter! She got to ride in the stroller. 😂 Didn’t go as far as I wanted to, but I went and that’s what matters!! A little weight training to round out the day!

😎100% transparency, the last thing I wanted to do tonight is walk 2 miles. I was so tired 😥 and my lower back hurts. But, I did it anyway! And that’s the key! I am so glad I did!!
