There's an intriguing link between your jaw and pelvis that can impact your body's alignment. Yes, Bowen Therapy can help relieve your sinus pressure and clear allergy symptoms. There are quite a few nerves that are directly connected to your sinuses. The gentle Bowen moves that are performed on these nerves help release the inflammation. As a result, sinuses are drained, pressure in the face is released, and the lymphatic system drains.
