💥Do you feel tired? I don’t mean tired like you didn’t get enough sleep, I mean you feel as if your SOUL is tired!💥Everything feels exhausting. You’re functioning each day but you have no direction and it feels like you’re just existing and have no idea how or when anything will feel fun or exciting again. Everything is just meh. Apathetic. whether it’s your personal life, your career, your relationship, your faith in things which once gave you hope… you’re questioning your beliefs but have no idea who to ask or talk to about it without getting judgement or rejection...
You just want peace, some joy and things to go smoothly, you don’t want to feel like everything is a fight or that you have to numb out with alcohol, w**d, s*x, shopping or food just to have a sense of relief or fulfillment.
You’ve even started feeling like you don’t fit in your friend groups or family anymore… it’s like you’re on a different wavelength and you’ve even started getting curious about ‘other worldly’ things because you can’t make sense of the existence you are currently in….
