Today someone reached out to me, asking for more options for respiratory support.

It brought to mind some of the various things I do at home to lessen illness and provide supplemental care. So I thought I’d share!

• Pine needle infusions
• Pine infused honey
• Cayenne and Manuka paste
• Raw garlic “pills” smothered in raw honey
• Slippery elm lozenges
• Wild cherry bark tincture
• Vitamin C therapy

Now, most of these things are easily done at home- all on your own!

But for those wanting premade products I’m happy to announce that I can offer lozenges, tinctures and infused honey made to order ♥️

We’ve had one illness after another ever since my kiddos started some new experiences and adventures the last few months. More recently we’ve now likely got strep or bronchitis. The cough, pain and inflammation has been....brutal.

And while we’ve made our usual elderberry syrup (and gummy chews for the younger ones!), along with Cayenne/Manuka paste and high dosing vitamin C it’s just not quite gone. And the cough is LINGERING.

However! I found a new blessing full of magick!

We’ve been harvesting fresh pine needles, for tea and infused cough syrup. It’s working great!

It works by helping to cut phlegm in the throat and lungs and to open airways. It’s also has vitamin c which is great for immune support which you need to kick any illness.

It’s easy to find-make-adapt for all ages and palates! It’s an easy medicine to work with- utilized for hot water, on its own or even as a syrup for pancakes!
