Getting that work/play balance dialed is of the utmost importance. Living the lifestyle is always the goal, but sometimes you need a little reset. For me, the bicycle has always been a huge part of my life and why you will always see one in the clinic. Make it as easy and convenient as possible and the choice to do it just makes sense.

15 years ago I received my masters degree from Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine (CSTCM) and what a wild and fun adventure is was just to get to that point. Three schools in three states and double the hours required for that piece of paper. So it only makes sense that I have built and sustained clinics in three states in those 15 years. I’ve done a lot of cool things in my life but sharing this medicine has, by far, been the coolest thing I have ever been a part of.

A little gratitude post for my patients from Raleigh who sent me this apple tree. Getting to watch this grow in the coming years is a simple pleasure that I won’t take for granted. There is room for several more in this area to go with the (4) peach trees that were planted when we first purchased this property. One day this will be a fine little orchard. Thank you so much for caring and spreading joy, it is very appreciated.

Part of the reason I chose to be in Fayetteville was the community and that community is based on outdoor recreation. These types of areas are where I thrive and where I have spent the majority of my life. WV has always been home, no matter where I have lived and it’s good to be back. And yes this is just a short pedal from the clinic, so those that don’t know, you should come check it out, you won’t be disappointed.
