Chronic illness is at an all-time high, with rates of cancer, obesity, diabetes, heart disease, anxiety and depression, and autoimmune disease going through the roof.

It can't be due to a lack of meds, since the 🇺🇸 is the highest consumer of 💊

The fact is, humans continue to consume toxins that are detrimental to our species.

It would be OBSURD to feed juice, soda or energy drinks to a cat or dog, yet the average American will drink 45 gallons of soda this year.

I searched the grocery store this morning and found 2 feet of shelf space dedicated to bone broth for dogs. Compare that to 10+ aisles of human beverages.

Signs at the zoo say "Please don't feed the animals", because they know the "food" we're carrying around is toxic.

A few months ago, we put out an APB for anyone who knows this kind neighbor we see picking up trash along Fullerton Rd. Well, we found her! 📣

Her name is Jan, a resident of Swansea. She enjoys keeping the sidewalks clean while she gets her steps in. No payment or sponsorships, no court orders, just a human being who loves her community! We could use a lot more Jans in the world! 🌍

We gave her gift cards to Schnucks and La Bella Salon - Swansea as thanks for her selfless deeds.🥇
