WE’RE BAAAACK!! The long cold nights of winter are finally behind us! YAY! And just like May’s full flower moon, we are bursting in our blooms to get outside and start growing. But first… Let’s tap into this beautiful moon energy to grow and nurture ourselves with the first steam lodge of 2025.

The flower moon rises in freedom seeking Sagittarius- a fearless fire sign that symbolizes growth, exciting discoveries and the pursuit of truth. With Sag’s optimistic upbeat nature this moon will help you with feelings of hopefulness, excitement and yearning for new fresh experiences.

It doesn’t get fresher than our outdoor retreat center’s Open Spirit Steam Lodge! We start the evening off with a big fire that has been cooking our rocks for the ceremony for hours before you arrive. We do a ceremonial smudging and drumming before we enter the steam lodge tent.
7 rocks are brought in every 15 minutes. In the times between we concentrate on healing ourselves as Carmen and Jodi take you through processes that relieve the burdens of our energetic bodies. This full moon will assist us in overcoming any insecurities or past experiences that have dimmed our light.
Take this opportunity to reignite your spark and rebuild your confidence before entering the busy summer months. See you at the sweat!

Join us under the Beaver Full Moon in Gemini. Say goodbye to Autumn and hello to Winter. This moon will bring a lot of energy and motivation to act and do. The Open Spirit Steam Lodge is being held under the Hunters Moon this month. The moons energies help us to focus on welcoming in the darkness of the coming winter. It’s an opportunity to create balance within ourselves and find ways to slow down and enjoy this season of our life. The partial lunar eclipse that day is perfect for releasing burdens and surrendering to the unpredictable waters ahead. Here is a rare view inside of the open spirit steam lodge as the first round of fire hot glowing rocks were being brought in. These beautiful souls chose to do some self healing using the full harvest super moon and this sacred space. The moon lined up perfectly with the east door as we brought more rocks in she bathed us in moon light..so beautiful!
We hold these lodges every full moon so if you would like to participate call or text to hold your spot. See you next month!
