Ann Grace Yoga Expert and empathetic guidance since 2015 Hi! I’m a certified and insured Yoga Teacher, Breath Coach, and Yoga Therapist Candidate.

I’ve been joyfully sharing the gift of yoga in community, corporate, private, and healthcare settings since 2015, and have over 2500 hours of teaching experience with a wide range of students. I strongly believe in the therapeutic value of yoga and meditation for everyone, no matter what age, level of fitness, or life circumstance. If you can breathe, you can do yoga. I truly enjoy creating safe spaces for rest and healing, and guiding diverse and special populations towards personal transformation in body, mind, and spirit.

Over 6 miles of hiking and walking for WM today! 🩸

I am walking to raise money for research and support - for those affected by the rare blood cancer, Waldenstroms macroglobulinemia.

To build community, the funds I hope to raise during the rest of September for the IWMF are going to be attributed to my Team - the IWMF Wellness Community - all my WM friends and “students” who join me for classes each week!

💃🏽 Guess what?! Free Gentle Mat Yoga with Ann Grace this Saturday at 10am! 🔥 You can be a hot mess, and you're still invited!

🍉 Get your energy flowing inside our big beautiful space with hardwood floors! Although we'll be moving at a slower, gentler paced class, you'll strengthen your whole body and do lots of balance work. Plus we'll take time for delicious stretching, and have fun flowing within our asana shapes.

💨 All levels are welcome to enjoy a compassionate exploration of breath-infused yoga poses, followed by a short restorative relaxation.

👁 Tune into your own inner wisdom, keep your breath at the foreground, and maybe, just maybe...catch a glimpse of your true self without all the armor put on to navigate the world.

🧘🏽 BYOYM = Bring your yoga mat if you have one - but we do have some mats available to borrow! All other props are provided, including a chair for support during balance postures and for transitions up and down from the mat, if you need 'em.

🌸Happy Spring from Enzo! 🐕‍🦺Bring your fur-babies to my next Zoom yoga series, starting this Thursday at 11am.

🔥YOU ARE WELCOME: Arrive in whatever state of being you’re in. You can be a hot mess, and you won’t be judged for that.

📝INTAKE: Prior to the first class, you fill out an online intake form letting me know what’s going on in body, mind, spirit; what your goals are and where you need support. We also do a short verbal intake at the beginning of every class - all optional and can be private over chat.

👗TAILORED TO YOU: The practice is tailored to your individual needs as much as possible, as well as the collective needs of the group.

🧘🏽‍♂️OPTIONS: Use a chair, use a mat. You’ll be supported to make choices that honor your body, mind and spirit every step of the way.

📣PERSONAL CUES: You’ll receive personal cues and cheerleading throughout the class, if that is helpful to you.

🗣GROUP CHAT: There is a group chat after class that allows students to connect with each other. This can be as therapeutic as the yoga practice itself.

👁👂🏽BOTTOM LINE: I see you. I hear you. I feel you. And you are not alone: in fact, your presence might be motivating or supportive for another student!
