A healthy daily caloric intake will depend on whether you want to lose, gain, or maintain your weight, as well as number of other factors including activity level πŸ’ͺ​​​​​​​​

Keep in mind that a food’s β€œhealthiness” isn’t determined by calories alone. A given food might be high in calories, but also high in other important nutritional components like protein or fibre. On the flip side, a low-calorie food may not be the most nutritious option πŸ”β€‹β€‹β€‹β€‹β€‹β€‹β€‹β€‹
