After 8 beautiful years of offering massage therapy, my practice is evolving into something that feels more aligned with the deeper work I’ve been growing into for years.
Many of you already know that beyond massage, I’ve spent years studying and integrating Craniosacral Therapy (CST), nervous system regulation, Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), health coaching, and other restorative approaches that support the body in a more gentle, integrative, and lasting way.
As part of this transition, I will no longer be offering traditional massage therapy as a standalone service. My work is now centered primarily around Craniosacral Therapy, lymphatic work, nervous system support, and holistic therapeutic care.
This shift is not about doing less — it’s about going deeper.
I also have a bigger vision for the future of this work: expanding beyond a single location into coaching, retreats, education, and eventually offering support internationally. Because of that, my business name and brand will also be evolving in the near future to better reflect this next chapter.
To every client who has trusted me throughout the years — thank you. Your support, stories, healing, and connection have meant more than words can express. I’m incredibly grateful to continue walking alongside many of you in this new and exciting phase.
