The other night my friend Megan J Wheless invited me to collaborate at the Dekalb Park District for a lovely yoga class!

It was such a pleasure working beside her, exchanging energy, finding our flow together, balancing our breath. Plus seeing the beautiful facility. Only to bath fellow yogis with an immersive sound bath journey and movement 🖤🧘🏻‍♀️

Yesterday’s Spring Equinox was juicy, intimate, and exactly what was needed to plant seeds of intention for the season ahead✨

Thank you for showing up for yourself, for this beautiful season, and for the future you’re calling in!

I’m always learning from each of you every time we gather. Your openness, your energy, your presence, it humbles me deeply. Thank you for trusting me to hold space for you 🙏🏼

Feeling recharged, courageous, and ready for what’s to come as we welcome the Astrological New Year & Aries season!

And a little real-life moment… I mentioned me trying to be so quiet, just know my sore thighs from working out were doing the absolute most 😅 I was over there like a baby deer, legs buckling and all hoping no one noticed! Don’t worry! They feel a tiny bit better today.

Anyways, I’m so grateful to have shared this Spring Equinox Sound Bath with you all.

Wowza!!!
You guys?!!
I’m at a complete loss for words!
You are all absolutely incredible!!

DeKalb showed up and FILLED the Yusunas Meeting Room to capacity! WHAT?!!
We were so full that we had to turn people away due to space, which was bittersweet. I am beyond grateful for every single one of you who came 🙏🏼

We began and closed our time together with red light therapy, so glad I threw that in my equipment last minute! Then offered dried lavender springs for a touch of aromatherapy to help everyone soften into the space.

Our heart centered sound bath beginning with the buffalo drum, rain stick, and gentle Koshi chimes. We rested together in silence and stillness before transcending into the resonance of crystal quartz singing bowls.

With such a beautiful full room, I quickly realized I needed to pivot and expand my approach to help us ground as one collective space. You all taught me so much in that moment. What a gift ✨

The library and I are already in cahoots about future events, and I am over the moon to continue bringing sound to our community! Keep an eye out for more free community gatherings and other offerings.

My heart is so full for this community, for the trust you place in me, and for the way we continue to grow together in sound and stillness 🥹
