50 days into .. I'd say it's going pretty well.⁣

Listen, let's just get this out of the way real quick .. 75 HARD is not for everyone, but it is however EXACTLY what I needed to help get me out of the physical & emotional rut I found myself in. ⁣

I'm not here to convince you to do 75 HARD with me, or to convince you to do anything for that matter. I am just here to share my story & hopefully inspire you to take action TODAY towards improving your own life. ⁣

I promise you, if I can do this ... SO CAN YOU!⁣

I am just a regular girl who one day made the decision to get out of my own way. I used to not care what I put in my body, alcohol was basically like water to me, and getting me into a gym was next to impossible (just ask my fiance). ⁣

Fast forward to today and you may think "WOW, she's like a totally different person", and you're not exactly wrong! ⁣

I have changed, I changed A LOT actually & now I get to pay it forward and help others make similar changes that only improve the quality of their lives.⁣

I NEED TO DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT⁣

That was my exact thought the night I realized I was so over being unhappy with where I was at in my life & in my health. ⁣


I took full responsibility, I was the one who allowed myself to get out of control so I WILL also be the one who fixes it! ⁣


I was hyper aware of the habits & choices I needed to change or stop altogether if I was serious .. which I was! ⁣


See it’s usually not a lack if knowledge that holds people back, it’s taking action & taking it consistently. For me, it was a major lack of effort if I’m being honest. So I got serious!⁣


I was sick of always being tired, hungover, cranky, & feeling stuck. So I dove all in with my coach and slowly started incorporating one healthy change into my day at a time.⁣


It started with the workouts,⁣
the buying healthier food choices,⁣
then following the nutrition plan,⁣
then leaning into our supportive community (𝘐 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘢 𝘴𝘩𝘺 𝘢𝘵 𝘧𝘪𝘳𝘴𝘵 𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘣𝘦𝘺𝘰𝘯𝘥 𝘯𝘪𝘤𝘦)⁣
and on and on and on …⁣


The point is that those small changes really do make a big difference in the long run. That one decision of going all in on MYSELF has lead my to a lifestyle that I genuinely LOVE. ♥️⁣


I spend my mornings by focusing on my health & mind.⁣

I spend my time throughout the day showing up for my clients & my coaching business.⁣

I eat healthy foods that make me feel good from the INSIDE!! (no more ramen noodles for me)⁣

Drop a 🔥🔥 it you agree??⁣



This topic came up twice in one day, once during my workout and once in the book I’m reading by James Clear.⁣


"New goals don't deliver new results. New lifestyles do. And a lifestyle is a process, not an outcome. For this reason, your energy should go into building better habits, not chasing better results." - James Clear⁣


Look there’s absolutely nothing wrong with going after a specific result when it comes to your health and fitness performance. We actually need those targets as our starting point and to stay focused, but in my experience it's a lot easier to get discouraged if we focus on the end goal and the end goal only.⁣


Let’s say your goal is to lose weight, GREAT! There's your target, now the next CRUCIAL part in making that a reality is to learn how to enjoy every step, every action, every decision you make that gets you a little bit closer to that goal. ⁣


This will obviously require some effort. It ain’t no walk in the park my friend! You'll need to be okay with getting uncomfortable on a regular basis if you want to move forward.⁣


So idk about you, but our team is on a mission to create a lifestyle that allows us dream bigger & get better results. To do that we focus on implementing one better habit at a time and you belong here too! ⁣

Is it cool if I give ya a little nudge (lovingly) ??⁣


It’s no secret that finding the motivation to workout after a holiday weekend tends to be a tad difficult. ⁣


Yeppp even for me!! I had to give myself the biggest pep talk just to get out of bed this morning. And another pep talk to get my workout clothes on and another one to press play! ⁣


It was a morning full of pep talks! 😝⁣
But just like brushing our teeth & putting clothing on is an essential part of our day … so is honoring my health by moving my body. ⁣


I’m PUMPED for this new program to be released because the whole idea behind it is something I’ve personally believed in my whole life … MOVEMENT IS MEDICINE! ⁣


You’ll feel better after you move your body.⁣
You’ll start to build up the habit.⁣
You’ll be more productive in other areas of your life. ⁣
You’ll be so happy you did it! ⁣


One day at a time, one workout at a time. So here is that loving nudge from me to you that if you haven’t moved your body in some day yet today … GET IT DONE ♥️⁣

THATS A WRAP!!⁣


It’s kinda crazy that this is now the SEVENTH program I’ve completed from start to finish! Not gonna lie that feels pretty freaking incredible!⁣


You know what I realized during this final workout ... ever since the day I made the decision to take back my control & start living healthier in 2019, I had been unconsciously redesigning my life with one simple, yet powerful message.⁣


“𝐀𝐥𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝”⁣


My coach told me early on in my journey that we are all either progressing or regressing, growing or dying. There is no middle ground and there is no destination, which I find to be so pretty freeing! ⁣


That’s why I preach to my clients (& coaches) to enjoy every step along this journey we are on together. It’s my job to show them how to make this a lifestyle versus a “health kick” and give them the tools & support to always keep moving forward.⁣


If we can all adopt the mentality of “always forward”, just IMAGINE the things we can accomplish. This goes for our health, our relationships, our careers, hobbies, etc. ⁣


I’m challenging you today to write this message on a post it note, on your mirror, in your planner, wherever you’ll see it the most and say it out loud the moment a challenge or a roadblock pops up.⁣

Without her ... I wouldn’t be here.⁣


The girl who was out of control, drinking as much as she could ever night, constantly making one bad choice after the next.⁣

The girl who didn’t have a purpose or a direction in life.⁣

The girl who was really good at pretending like everything was okay.⁣


Had it not been for her and all that comes with her, I wouldn’t be where I’m at today. She lead me here, as broken and lost and unsure and as terrified as she was.⁣

The power of shifting your mindset, am I right??⁣


This morning I was chatting with a fellow coach and got super fired up for the direction mount team is going.⁣


We push each other to level up, create healthier habits that last a lifetime, find our own voice, and put in hard work for our futures. ⁣


One of the best parts of being a coach is that I’m not expected to do this alone. I get to level up with the ones who are willing to show up for the life they want.⁣

If it doesn’t SPARK a burning fire within you .. don’t do it.⁣


I spent years working at a job so I could pay the bills and because ... well I didn’t know what else I could do. ⁣

“💯” if you can relate!!!⁣


Here’s what I can tell you about becoming a coach ...⁣
1) It makes me a healthier human⁣
2) It improves my mindset⁣
3) It gave me purpose ⁣
4) It put me in the driver seat of my future⁣
5) It pushes me to dream BIGGER!⁣


I can say with absolute certainty that becoming a coach has been the biggest blessing and it’s just the beginning! This opportunity is too powerful and life changing not to share. I’m an open book if you need to know the deets ✌🏼⁣

The woman I am today is no longer mindlessly going through the motions or working insane hours for someone else to be able to live their dream life. ⁣

No thank you, I think it’s my turn to drive😎⁣

Ya know what 428 days with ZERO alcohol has taught me??⁣


If you want something, prepare for the universe to test the crap out of you.⁣


It’s going to take every roadblock & obstacle there is and put it in your path on purpose.⁣


“Um hellooo? Universe ... you’re being rude!” ⁣

Basically it wants you to prove just how bad you claim to want whatever IT is for you. If you give up or stop perusing what you want after one little obstacle, then it must not have been very important to you begin with. ⁣


Early on, I realized that I had to prove it to myself that ...⁣

• saying goodbye to alcohol⁣
• getting fit & healthy once and for all⁣
• & starting my own business ⁣

wasn’t just something I was temporarily interested in, no I was in this for the long haul! ⁣


So even when it gets hard and all you want to do is throw in the towel — DON’T⁣

When you start doubting yourself — DON’T⁣

If you stumble, trip, fall off track, feel tired, get stuck, or anything in between I want you to give yourself permission to take a few deep breaths and refocus your energy. ⁣


When you start looking at each roadblock as nothing more than a lesson being taught to you from the universe, you’ll realize that running after your goals is a lot less scary than you thought. ⁣
