Here’s your gentle reminder that you get to shape this season in a way that actually supports your well-being.✨

Choose what truly aligns with your values — the moments, tasks, and traditions that bring meaning, connection, and genuine joy. Let this season reflect your energy, not the pressure around you.

Let people help. Let them contribute, show up, and share the load. You don’t have to carry all the magic on your own. Releasing control can be one of the kindest gifts you give yourself.

Give yourself permission to let some things wait. Not everything needs to happen in the middle of December’s whirlwind. Space is healing. Pausing is powerful.

And most importantly? Let go of what doesn’t serve you. The expectations, the obligations, the traditions that feel more like pressure than joy. Clearing them away creates room to breathe, soften, and receive.

it’s an honor to be nominated… ✨🏆

i’ve never been one for popularity contests — honestly, I don’t even know how this nomination happened — but it opened a door to talk about BEING SEEN 👀💛

recognition is nourishing. not just being noticed, but being valued for the work you pour your heart into

as a solo entrepreneur, being seen is some of the hardest internal work I do:

🤝 running a business alone can feel deeply isolating

📉 social media drains more than it gives

🎨 standing out is tough when your craft becomes a commodity

🧠 the emotional load — judgment, expectations, criticism, demands — can feel heavy

🔥 coaching can become a cult of personality instead of service

🐢 slow + steady doesn’t match the hustle culture of profit and productivity

The holidays are beautiful AND they can be stressful

Stress isn’t a flaw or a failure.

It’s a biological response to change — and the holidays bring plenty of it.

Your nervous system is simply saying,
“Hey love… something here needs tending.” ♥️

What if, amidst the lights, lists, gatherings, and expectations, we still paused long enough to listen?

💚 Consider every sign of stress as a message.
A message asking for safety, clarity, or care.

A reminder that even in the holi-daze, you are human — not a machine.

Here are gentle ways to stay grounded this season:

✨ Anticipate your needs — rest, space, nourishment

✨ Name your stressors — crowded plans, emotional triggers, overstimulation

✨ Plan ahead — from kindness, not pressure

✨ Create boundaries — loving ones, especially with time + energy

✨ Accept reality — the imperfect, the unexpected, the real

✨ Take time to organize — a list, a brainstorm sesh, a quick call

✨ Finding JOY in the Holi-DAZE ✨

Somewhere between Gratitude Day and New Year’s Day, the world seems to speed up. Years ago, I started calling this stretch of time “the holi-DAZE” because that’s exactly how it feels—dizzying, demanding, and disorienting.

The rushing.
The consuming.
The endless lists layered on top of everyday life.
The memories, expectations, emotions, and energy that swirl together and pull us out of ourselves.

It’s no wonder this season leaves so many of us feeling overwhelmed instead of uplifted.

So how do we return to joy?

How do we soften the pace and reconnect with what truly matters?

✨ We come back to mindfulness.

To the steady, quiet practice of shifting from DOING to BEING.

Gentle reminders for this season:

🌿 Notice your stressors without judgment.

🧩 Choose what truly needs doing, and let the rest fall away.

⚖️ Seek balance—between giving and receiving, effort and rest.

💧 Honor the basics: breath, nourishment, sleep, space.

🎁 Ask yourself: Do I need presents or presence?

🙏 Return to gratitude, again and again.

May this season be less about rushing and more about arriving.

Less about perfection and more about presence.

Less holi-DAZE, more holi-yays!!
