Summer is in full swing! And like many of you, we want to be outside! 🌞 Join your Elu yoga instructors at the beach every weekend! Optional Svette sauna/cold plunge session to follow.

Register for yoga at eluyoga.com/schedule- classes will be posted on the site July 9th. All classes are donation-based.

You will find us at the grassy area on the left side of the beach, to the right of the picnic tables. Bring a yoga mat, water, and comfortable clothes.
