I’m here to share that although it’s a beautiful snowy scene outside my house as I type this.. Spring is most definitely on her way to us!!

Tacoma! Join us for a Spring Sound Bath on April 1st, which also happens to be the first full moon of Spring🌸 We will gather in the classroom at for an evening of nourishing relaxation as we gently shed winter and welcome in the awakening of Spring energy! Sooth your nervous system from the wildness of the world.

Hello world! I am so excited to share that I’ll be offering a six week kids yoga and art series with Auburn Parks this spring! Come play with us as we explore yoga movement, art making, singing bowls, meditation and joy. This is my favorite class to offer and I’m so excited to bring it to the beloved Auburn community. It’s hard to believe it was over a month ago that we gathered to welcome back the light together on Solstice night! I am so grateful for each person that helped make this event possible and helped to illuminate the room with winter prayers and light. I hope you are shining and sharing your light out there wherever you are right now! A big thank you to the Amber, Sydney, Kyle and everyone at 🕯️🙏🏼💗

Join us on Sunday evening for our annual candlelight labyrinth walk! Each guest will get an opportunity to walk the labyrinth and light a candle as a prayer/intention for this Solstice transition into the Winter season. There will be a sound bath of singing bowls and chimes to create a calming soundscape for this experience. This event is family friendly!

We’re so excited to welcome you into this beautiful experience on Sunday! Truly a magical way to honor and celebrate the shifting of seasons and time. I created this labyrinth with my Mom about 15 years ago, it’s been so special to continue to share it with my community over the years and feel the essence of all our collective prayers woven together.

The sun is setting on my final evening of Summer Teen Late Night offerings tonight!

Join me at Baker Middle School, 7-9pm tonight! Come early for dinner. Everything is free to all teens! Please be sure to bring an ID of some kind.

This summer has been so beautiful getting to serve the teens in our community and offer them even just a few moments of deep relaxation. Last night a teen told me that she can never get her mind to slow down when she tries to rest but that she was able to drop into deep rest almost instantly once she was in a restorative pose. Music to my ears and heart!🥲💗
