For my perimenopause and menopause girlies: TODAY ONLY! “The Galveston Diet” by Dr. Mary Claire Haver is available on Kindle for only $2.99. This book is a nearly complete guide to perimenopause and menopause, not just another diet! (Even the author has expressed that she wishes she had not called it the Galveston Diet, because it is SO much more than that!). I think this book is required reading for all women who are (or will be) going through midlife changes. So basically for all women! Don’t miss this deal!

According to the Seattle times, MultiCare healthcare systems, put out a press release today stating the following: “Starting Wednesday, face coverings will be required for all patients, visitors and staffers in MultiCare health care facilities in Thurston, Kitsap, King and Pierce counties…”
Consider this your friendly reminder to update your Covid, Flu and RSV vaccines. Flu vaccinations are offered in the office for $28, open to all. It’s time for your flu shots! Jared Roach is a genomist working for the Institute of Systems Biology in Seattle who recommends everyone who can get the flu shot in the next week or two to do so. Evidence from the CDC shows that the flu is active in the southern states, but as we all know, viruses spread quickly.
