I hate that I'm picking up on so many childhood traumas right now...... from church cults to deviant fathers/grandfathers, mothers/aunts/grandmothers who looked the other way and neglected their children bc they couldn't handle the reality of what was happening.......a lot of these children grew up to be sexual deviants themselves, hypersexual, sexually confused etc...many pushed what happened so far out of their mind that they no longer remember or they found substances to keep them numb to the memories. The fog is being lifted for a lot of those survivors and they are being faced with the realities of what they suppressed. Be gentle on yourselves.....find a safe space to allow yourself to process....find a therapist....connect with your trusted spiritual leaders. The unveiling is happening for a reason so that you can no longer be controlled by what's been buried deep within. It needs to be addressed and it starts with you.

Some won't be able to handle this unveiling and it won't be pretty..... it could feel forced, it could feel malicious.... it will be uncomfortable, but it's necessary for your healing, growth, and authenticity.

LONG POST ALERT!

To piggyback off the last post I just shared......this is why shadow work(self accountability) is necessary and mandatory in the spiritual community and daily life. Most entity attachments are only possible due to ppl not connecting with/acknowledging their own shadows(inner workings/desires) and traumas.

Ex.) A person can deeply desire to be loved in a certain way but never quite be able to receive that type of love.....they see the next person(friend/family/etc) experiencing the love they desire and begin to wonder why they can't have that......envy/jealousy is spawned from that deep desire to have that type of love/connection and they begin attempting to tear down said person's character to make them feel better about themselves not having that type of love/connection......this turns into obsession and them constantly looking for things that are wrong with you to prove to themselves why you aren't worthy of said love bc they don't have the same experiences within their connections.

The entire time there was an internal need within them that they could have been taking the time to get to the root of, and giving that same love and grace they were seeking externally to themselves. There could have been past hurts/traumas/experiences that nurtured the way that they saw the world and in turn operated outwardly from that place of darkness/experience therefore shaping the foundations of their connections from those places. They never attempted to confront those experiences bc they were too painful so instead they project that experience onto everyone they meet and get the same broken returns that are unhealed inside themselves.

They are ultimately upset with themselves and their unchecked circumstances that nurtured them. Yet, it's easier to look for faults within another bc it's simply too painful to look within. They have successfully blocked off their heart chakra throwing off the alignment of their entire being making them susceptible to negative/malevolent energy attachments.

This is how friends and family can so easily become enemies due to secrets, lies, projections, and fake-love bombing. Loyalty = Royalty.....and some if yall are out here giving your Loyalty to the same peasants that would rob you blind if they got the chance to have a piece of what you have and give you ZERO reciprocity in return. (It's giving "The Emperors New Clothes") Free yourself from those sapsuckers.......literally siphoning from you and you allowing it for the sake of blood/friendship/loyalty. Heads would be chopped for less in the kingdom. EYES OPEN Soldier!!!!

Hola lovelies!!!! Tis the season of coughs colds and the nasties....thought I'd post a few recipes for body wellness to keep the crusties at bay🧹

🫴🏾✨️✨️✨️
Anti Inflammatory Cough Syrup:

Mix Manuka honey, finely chopped/minced garlic and turmeric together in a jar and take a spoonful morning and night or as needed.

Also there's a ginger "concoction" that me and my mom have been making for years..a shot a day helps keep the immune system healthy and the cold/coughs at bay( my son didn't like the taste when he was younger so we gave it to him mixed with orange juice). This also assists with weight management.

Ginger "Concoction" Recipe:
Bring to Boil in a medium-large pot with lid covered:
Water(filled half way)
sliced ginger
lemon slices(3-4 whole lemons)
4 cloves

Allow to simmer for about 30-45 min, then take off heat. Strain liquid from solid contents.(I like to strain mine in a cheese cloth or some form of clean cloth to get all the good stuff out)

Let cool for about 15 min & add:
-honey(to your personal liking)
-1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar w/the mother
-1/2 tsp turmeric
- a pinch to 1/8tsp black pepper(to properly absorp turmeric)
-1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper

Optional addition:
-1tbsp beet root powder......makes it sweeter and more tolerable

Place in large jar or container that can be refrigerated and take a shot or two daily.

Good for colds, coughs, flu, boosting immune system, inflammatory issues, gut health, and weight management
