This little SLEEP patch is a HUGE blessing in my life! During and after grad school I struggled to sleep more than 5-hours in total per night and would wake up almost every hour. To get to sleep, I used to drink sleepy tea and a well-known sleep aide….but nothing helped.😞 These little miracle squares allow me to sleep like a baby!! My sleep score before the patches was in the high 60’s/low 70’s. I am now averaging a weekly sleep score of 87. Lastnight was awesome (pic below) and I really look forward to sleeping in tomorrow! 😊❤️😴💤

If you are not sleeping, you need to make it happen! Your body needs quality sleep to repair and rejuvenate. In addition, a lack of deep sleep can age you faster too. I used to think I slept “okay” before. Now I can actually feel the difference REAL sleep makes in how productive I am throughout the day. I am grateful for our Sleep patch.
