Looking for a birth class that gets down to the nitty gritty of actual labor prep, without all the basic pregnancy education?? I’ve got you!

Tallahassee Birth Services has curated an Advanced Labor Prep Intensive just for you! During the ONE DAY - 4 HOUR intensive, we will dive deep into labor prep and pain management with hands on training for you and your support person.

From anatomy review to navigating interventions, and breathing techniques to pushing methods - AND EVERYTHING IN BETWEEN - you will learn just about all you need to know to help you achieve a safe and empowering birth experience!

Next class is Monday February 23rd 5pm-9pm

Investment is $250 for
Birthing Person + 1 Support Person

*$50 deposit is required upon registration to hold your spot. Cash, Check, Venmo, Cashapp, and/or Paypal is accepted

Looking for an intimate, yet out of the box experience while learning all you need to know about birth?? Look no further! I invite you to join me for Tallahassee Birth Services’ newest ‘Beyond the Basics’ childbirth education series. In 3 sessions (9 hours) you will learn the ins and outs of pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum — with a focus on labor prep and coping. Upon completing this series, you and your support person will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to approach your birth with confidence and success.

Investment is $285 per couple
*$50 deposit required at registration

From plant customers to Tallahassee Birth Services clients — this beautiful family has become so much more than that. Laura and Chase are one of those rare couples I get to see often, and watching them grow into parenthood has been such a joy! 🌿

They’ve truly inspired me to be the best birth worker I can be. With the extra time we shared through their All-Inclusive Package, we were able to dive deep into nearly every aspect of pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum. They pushed me to grow, reigniting my passion for this work in the most meaningful way.

Together, we explored their birthing preferences, practiced coping techniques until they felt like second nature, and spent hours in both Childbirth Education and Newborn Parenting classes — learning, laughing, and building the kind of trust that carried beautifully into their birth experience.

Over the last six years I’ve grown, not only as a person, but as a birth worker. The need for birth support and education continues to increase, creating the need for more opportunities to be supported and educated.

While being a Birth Doula is currently my main trade, I have found so much joy in guiding families through their pregnancies in the form of education and hands on learning.

What could make my day better than teaching a first-time expectant family the ins and outs of birth you ask??? Giving treats to the cutest moo cows ever, that’s what!!

It was such a delight watching the chickens scratch around and the cows joyfully graze about while we were practicing physical labor coping in the living room 😍

Sometimes I feel like I’m knee deep in imposter syndrome until I get testimonials like these. I invest so much in myself so I can invest more into the families that I support, and it pays off!
