Happy Skin Care Sunday Babes 💖 Let’s Talk Exfoliants !

Exfoliating is the process of removing dead skin from the epidural layer of your skin.

Revealing new youthful and glowing skin

Do you exfoliate? How often?

I recommend 2-3x a week

AHA and BHA are common chemical exfoliants used in skin care products.

I recommend to my oily acne prone clients to use AHA

BHA is good for normal to dry skin but should only be used 2-3 times a week

Oily skin can benefit from both AHA and BHA however I would never use both due to the photosensitivity

Either way be sure to include AHA’s or BHA’s in your weekly skin care routine
