Golisano Children’s Hospital of Southwest Florida has been named the #1 Most Beautiful Hospital in the United States according to Soliant Health’s annual ranking. Harvard Jolly Architecture designed the expansion and renovation of the facility, which included 310,000 SF of new space, & renovation of 47,000 SF of existing space. USFSP Kate Tiedemann College of Business, has received a Leadership in Energy and Environment Design (LEED) Gold certification by the U.S. Green Building Council and an American Institute of Architects’ Tampa Bay Chapter 2017 Honor Award. The iconic home for the College of Business, designed by Harvard Jolly Architecture and ikon.5 architects (a joint venture), was challenged by the College to create a “signature building” that would “stand out and break the campus convention.” Mission accomplished. Tuesday was an exciting day for Florida SouthWestern State College, as the university debuted the new Suncoast Credit Union Arena which houses the college’s newly created athletic program. In collaboration with Hastings+Chivetta, Harvard Jolly Architecture designed the new 3,258-seat arena. The state-of-the-art facility spans 75,470 square feet and provides expansive capacity to serve a variety of events with a hospitality suite, six luxury suites and second-floor exterior event space overlooking the adjacent pond. Check out the article below featuring the groundbreaking for Harvard Jolly’s design of the new Babcock Ranch Town Center, or “Solar City.” This is not only the largest development project currently underway in the United States, it is also the world’s first solar-powered town. Harvard Jolly is proud to support Pinellas County Commissioner John Morroni for his 21st Annual Appreciation Luncheon for Emergency Personnel. There were over 530 people in attendance and a total of $60,000 was raised, of which $30,000 was donated to Sheriff Bob Gualtieri's Safe Harbor homeless shelter program, and the remaining $30,000 to Catholic Charities!
