In 2025, we celebrated two well-deserved promotions: Jennifer McConkey to Billing Manager and Taylor Black to Team Lead and welcomed: Aurelis Carrillo, Patty Santana, Jacqulin Losurdo, and Nikki Foster to the team!

With incredible talent, dedication, and teamwork, we closed out 2025 with an outstanding 99.9% collections rate!

We were honored to welcome Kim Smoak, Deputy Secretary for AHCA, to Hawthorne Ocala today during her travel back to Tallahassee.

She took time to tour the facility, including our SNF and AL/IL areas, and even ventured into the construction zone where our former ALF is being renovated.

This space will soon become a new 22-bed private suite addition to our SNF, and it was a great opportunity to share our progress and vision.

With such an amazing team, we are so excited to see what's ahead! 🌟
